• Forgot your password? Use the reset link on the sign-in screen.
• Manage your profile, security, and preferences under Settings.

Playback

• Content streams adaptively to match your connection and screen.
• Use the player controls for captions, quality, and playback speed.
• If a video will not play, refresh the page or check your connection.

Tickets & subscriptions

• Unlock individual episodes or series with tickets, or get everything with an all-access subscription.
• Buying tickets never charges you to unlock automatically — you confirm each unlock.
• Manage billing and your subscription under Settings → Billing.

Downloads & offline

• Eligible episodes can be downloaded for offline viewing from the watch page.
• Downloads are available while you have access to the content.
